  This location is horrible!
  
  Horrible management and horrible attitudes towards customers.
  
  I was there going thru the drive thru today (2/2/17) at about 7:40am for any management that bothers to read these reviews.
  
  I don't typically complain and I'm in the service industry too so I have a lot of patience but the women working today had the worst attitudes I've ever encountered in any Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to, and I've lived all across the country.
  
  My order was incorrect which I wasn't surprised about because of the rush and I politely explain that I only ordered one iced coffee and an order of hash browns with my other things and they huffed and puffed. The woman working the register patronized me while the (I hope not) manager was saying with in ear shot that the resister girl needs to ring it up and charge me in a demeaning tone.Finally I got all my things and said "Have a nice day!" In a polite manner and was ignored. And then they didn't even give me a straw for the iced coffee.
  
  I will happily be driving out of my way to the 54 location from now on.

  This is not the first time I encounter a rude drive-through person at this location. Today I decided to write a review about it. I asked for a medium iced coffee and a muffin and then immediately say after that if you could please make the ice coffee with the almond milk they now offer. I was told "you should ask for that first because we already made it." I could see if I proceeded to the window and then changed my mind and made that request but I was still sitting at the drive-through window and hadn't even received my final check total yet. If you have the personality of a baboon with hemorrhoids, I suggest you not work the drive through.
  The only consistently nice person I ever see there is Lucy. This was not her. I will not be back.
